No matter what level you are, joining a coaching session can be quite an intimidating process. Knowing which coaching group is right for you, can be a bit of a minefield. We help you find the right group which will help you gain confidence in your game.
Below are short intros into our sessions but please feel free to contact us for more information.
Tennis Xpress – 6 week introduction to tennis for complete beginners. This session introduces you to the fundamentals of tennis with simple exercises and basic skills. You will be able to rally by the end of the 6 weeks! Rackets and all equipment provided.
Improver Tennis – A great follow on session from Tennis Xpress, Improver Tennis is for those who can hit the basic shots and rally but want to take their game to the next level.
Intermediate / Advanced Group Session – A session for those that are competent players, like to compete and want to improve their tactical knowledge and technical ability.
Cardio Tennis – A fun, sociable group fitness class on a tennis court, open to people of all ages and abilities. Supported by music and qualified instructors, you'll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time.
Private and Individual Lessons - One-to-one tailored lessons to suit individual needs.
